My delivery states it has been delivered but I haven't received my order and it wasn't kept in a safe space. am trying to retrieve proof of delivery image but I cant find it. I was away on holiday so I didn't have the chance to chase this up. Delivery took longer than expected and I still haven't recieved my order. Kindly provide full refund of items purchased please. Both arrived broken, one had its glass smashed and to glue it back together and have glass replaced, when items put in the display bottom fell out on the floor when moved.
