I clearly pointed out the low quality of the product and the size discrepancy, but from Joom Customer Support I received strange tasks to measure the clothes and perform various other experiments in order to refuse the claim for refusal of this jacket. Be careful before choosing this jacket, because it does not match the description!!! Esiet uzmanīgi pirms izvēlaties šo jaku, jo tā neatbilst aprakstam!!!

The quality is second to none and the fabric is beautiful 😍 🤩 👌🏾 So the hood has white detachable fluffy faux fur which is attached by buttons and elastic loops..... I'd recommend removing this before a wash to keep it fluffy. The hood fits perfectly over my head. The coat fastens with a chunky matching zipper which also opens from the bottom then there's a flap that covers the zip from neck to hem with press studs. There are two large deep pockets on the front and 2 faux pockets for decoration purposes. There are elasticated toggles at the front to tighten the coat around the waist. The fabric is pearlescent white/cream and has a sheen. The sleeve cuffs are elasticated. I wear between small (S) and medium (M). Here, with M, the legs are slightly too short, but also too wide (the fabric flops awfully around the whole leg, doesn`t wrap around at all - NOT like in the picture). I the step (loin area) there is also too much fabric, hangs around totally floppy, like a sack or a sleeping bag... PLEASE NOTICE: I purposefully ordered also S but then S was too small to even fit me in!... (see the other ratings...)

Regarding order VL5X6JP7 I am really disappointed about the color on the skirt, it is definitely not as described in the description. If I had known this I hadn't order the pink skirt. I think that the color is more pinkbrown than pink and it isn't the same color as it is in the photo. If had known this I had chose another color as for example blue. I want to get my money back so I can order another skirt with more beautiful color.

The top is perfect , very warm and snuggly. Unfortunately the trousers have let everything down, hence only 4 stars. The elastic on the waist band is very tight, unstretched it is only 60cm and there is no way it can stretch to 120cm or more. This is a fault that should never happen and more to the point let's down a relatively nice Cosy garment . 😒😒
