Using a shaker cup is the easiest and most foolproof way to mix a great casein shake time after time. Add a generous scoop of Gold Standard 100% Casein to a shaker cup and fill with 10-12 ounces of your favorite beverage. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. Tip: Adjust the strength of Gold Standard 100% Casein by adjusting the amount of liquid you use. For a stronger flavor with a little more texture and sweetness, mix one heaping scoop with 8-10 ounces of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. For a slightly less sweet and mild flavor, use 12-14 ounces of liquid per scoop.
