2025.1 SPUR JAPAN NEWJEANS MINJI & HANNI Cover

I ordered TWO of these items. but only received ONE. I wrote to you about this and you asked for photos, which I sent to your customer support email address TWICE by direct reply to your email, but I have heard nothing back. So I am repeating the issue here. I know you wanted the label - i explained that EVRI put another label over the top of the original, and i did try and remove it, but wasn't successful - as you can see in the third photo. Please note these jigsaws are sent in a dedicated box - there is no room for any additional jigsaws, just one per box. So I am missing another complete box. I request a refund of £10.73.

Everything is alright, i've recived magazine in perfect condition in safe package. I also got a little freebie with Chenle thank you ^^ i didn't wait long but the tracking didn't show details of package location so i was a little suprise when it came to me.

Received my Jung Kook hand fan today and I love it. Got a cute Jung Kook photocard as an extra. The item was delivered on time and packaged with care. Thankyou from a repeat customer.

I waited for the magazine for a long time but it finally arrived in October. Your product is very nice. I will say it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your interest. 🩷
