The shoes are beautiful, however they came in a broken package. They don't fit me, I ordered a 38 size but they look like a 37 so I would size up. When trying to return them, the information is not easy to find. What 8 know now is that you have to pay for postage which I hope is the same amount I paid for delivery, £3. This is why I'm giving one star. If I can sort the return fairly, I will give four more stars

The socks do not tighten at the ankles and above all they do not roll up under the foot when worn (I hate when socks have this effect) I use them both myself who wears the 40 eur and my son who wears the 43 eur. The socks arrived in Italy in 3 weeks, perfectly packaged. I am fully satisfied with my purchase and recommend them.

Black, white and red Issues: 3 pairs of absolute rubbish plastic cream Nothing like picture….plastic sole, not cork as in picture. 1 size too small from ordered size.p (ordered size 41, all three pairs size 40 Took absolutely ages to arrive. Description says over the knee, but they don’t even reach to the knee. The pictures at the Joom site shows very thin, very tall heels. But the reality is medium high heels who is pretty fat. The belt is not there either. This is the worst scam I have ever experienced

I have not received my order,the delivery company said the address was incomplete which it wasn't, i reaffirmed my full address and they responded by returning the item has put me off ordering anything from joom ! This was the first thing i have purchased.
