I haven't installed it yet, but I placed the order one day and it arrived the next. Certainly it was in a warehouse in Portugal or Spain. It comes with a remote control and two metal pieces to pull out the radio, connectors, plugs, etc. But I couldn't remove the old radio. I need to take it to an auto electrician.
The device only hums, it doesn't pick up any radio stations. The humming can be heard in every function, the device is unusable.!!! It was not installed, only tested in the demo wall. Please arrange the warranty.! I am sending the requested video! I hope this is enough for the warranty assessment! Hello! We've only been corresponding for a month, I send the videos and they don't process the warranty for the faulty device! I reported the defect before the warranty expired, but they just kept delaying it.. Please take back the defective product.
