The operating principle of the device is based on measuring the CO2 concentration - in the case of increased concentration, the reaction fluid reacts with CO2 and changes color. How to use:

Fill the device with reaction fluid (Approx. 2ml) to the level between the chambers. Connect the tester to the expansion tank or radiator opening. Start the engine (preferably warm), introduce higher revs to obtain higher combustion pressure. Leave the engine at a slightly increased speed and observe the behavior of the reaction fluid. A change in the color of the reaction fluid to yellow or green within a few minutes of the test indicates a damaged cylinder head gasket or damage to the cylinder head itself. Once testing is complete, carefully disassemble the device.

Attention. If a test is carried out on the radiator filler neck, take extra care when unscrewing the cap and during the test itself - risk of scalding. When performing the test, do not allow the coolant to mix with the reaction fluid.. If the fluids mix, the test result may be incorrect.
