I also found the security tags inconvenient, as they were attached in a way that made properly lacing the sneakers difficult. The warning stating that removing these tags invalidates the possibility of a return is also concerning. Authentication concerns: The QR code provided with the product redirects to a third-party website, kickstrace23.com. According to publicly available domain registration records, this website was registered on May 21, 2026. I could not find evidence that this authentication service is officially recognized or authorized by New Balance. This raises legitimate questions about the reliability of the verification process. Final thoughts: Overall, I am disappointed with the materials, finishing, construction and comfort of these sneakers. The damaged heel and the lack of transparency regarding the authentication process only add to this disappointment. I cannot recommend this purchase based on my experience. I expected a premium product, but unfortunately, what I received fell well short of those expectations.

The product was fine. Please stop collaboration with ups. It is the worst courier here in Thessaloniki in Greece. They never deliver the parcel but they leave a note demanding to reply on it- ridiculous to reply on a paper note and leave it in the front door for the courier to see in 2026-! There is no phone or messaging contact which would be the easiest thing to do and instead they demand to subscribe to their app which is extremely frustrating because you can never succeed to do it.
