Chinese kidney beans are a thermophilic plant that is gaining popularity. The plant is tasty, has an interesting appearance and reaches up to 3 m in height. The edible part is green, crisp, tasty and very long (30–40 cm), stringless pods. They can be eaten cooked whole, like vegetable spaghetti, or cut into pieces, like green beans. Sowing should be done directly into the ground, it is important that the substrate is light and permeable. The seeds are sown in May to a depth of 1 - 1.5 cm. We sow it at a spacing of 60 - 80 × 40 cm. Chinese kidney beans yield well when sown in greenhouses. The harvest begins in July and lasts until October.
