Everything is fine, but when I pour boiling water over the tea, it starts to smell like female genitalia. I've found an explanation: "Typically, pu-erh can have aromas described as "earthy," "mushroomy," "woody," "sweet," or "smoky." A good pu-erh may have strong scents, but they are usually pleasant and natural. A smell resembling female genitalia is likely due to issues in the production or storage process of the tea. It could be related to improper fermentation, mold, contamination, or simply low-quality raw material. Such an odor indicates possible issues, and tea with these characteristics usually doesn't meet the standards expected of quality pu-erh. If the smell is really that unpleasant and atypical, it's worth considering the tea's quality and possibly contacting the seller or supplier regarding its origin."

Herbata jest opisana i sprzedawana jako "Keemun Chińska herbata Qimen Czarna". Ale nie jest to herbata Keemun. Smak i aromat herabty Keemun są bardzo charakterystyczne, ale nie ma z nich ani cienia w paczce herbaty którą dostałem. Owszem, produkt ma smak chińskiej herbaty, może nawet nie najgorszego gatunku, ale nie ma ani smaku ani aromatu herbaty Keemun. This tea is offered and described as the Keemun tea. Unfortunately it is not Keemun. The Keemun tea has a very specific taste and flavor, but the package of tea that I received had nothing to do with Keemun, indeed did not show even a shade of the Keemun taste or flavor. It does taste like a Chinese tea, and of not of totally bad sort, but it is definitely not Keemun tea.

The tea cake came a bit shaken with at least 20 grams loose leaf. the wrapping was average and didn't protect adequately the cake. The quality of the product was very good. Long leaves with very few broken with a fresh tea smell. Almost non-existent sentiment and leaf bits. Very nice taste An 8 grams tea portion lasted for at least 7 brews. Probably can last for more as the taste and colour didn't deteriorate but I had no more time for extra brews. I think for its price is splendid for enjoying a good quality raw pu-erh tea

I just received the He Shou Wu powder at home, and it was delivered so badly that I can’t even use it. All the powder spilled out of the container, so now everything is just inside the chemical plastic bag. This is really not okay — I waited so long for it, and then I get this. I can’t do anything with the powder now; I basically have to throw it away. How can we fix this?!!!!! I’m so pissed right now. It lost powder also

The tea balls are more green tea leaves than flowers (2-3 flowers per ball). Instead of blossoming beautifully in the tea pot, it looks more like a seaweed monster. I got tea balls from another brand that were mainly flowers and looked like a garden in the tea pot. This is not the case. No flavour either. Overall, I would say not worth it.

box was dented during shipping due to insufficent packaging (in fact, just simple bag with no padding was used), cannot be used as a gift anymore. will not buy again with this seller. additionally, the box has been opened (one of the tea mini-tuos has weird packaging), the warranty sticker from the manufacturer was not present anymore.

The tin did not look big enough for 200g of Tea. Weighed bag inside Tin it was 103g, weighed Tin and Tea it was 168g. Weighed my unopened Dilmah Tea that I purchased in Australia, packaging 250g of Tea, package and Tea 260g. Conclusion I have been short changed by smaller Container 'Tin' and short changed 100g of Tea.

Did not get the puer cake. It was lost in delivery. Get my money back, yes, BUT I asked to reship and not return money and they still returned me money. Dont even bothering about my contry laws. This is unexeptable. I wasted coupons on this tea and it will only cost me more in the future. Thanks for wasting my money.
