I'm not sure what you people call this but I'm from Canada and this no sweater hoodie. Why do I have to specifically ask for a sweater hoodie? This is thin crap. And you tracking system isn't specific enough. I'm never ordering from Joom again.
The print is of low resolution blurred and lacks blue lighting. The pictures shown have been touched up airbrushed pity. The camera flash brings out more blue

Unfortunately the name was not printed. Instead it was printed as in the picture* your Name .......* There is also no portal anywhere to leave what should be printed.

In general, it seems to be normal, the quality of the fabric is silky, I personally will wear it, but what about the sleeves???? And the sweater is ok.
