I ordered on September 31st and it didn't arrive until October 20th I haven't tried it yet but I like it at first glance.

in terms of quality, it has a decent appearance. Not a transparent heating pad, it fit just right in the fur cover. The fur cover looks better than the purple one. Water has not yet collected. After use - I will supplement.
