I made a purchase of 7 items from this store, all BTS albums. I don't know if it was the shipping company (CTT in Spain) or the seller themselves, but I must warn that one album was missing from my consolidated package. Record the opening of the package because THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED me the money for the missing item, the supposed buyer protection only works if you have a camera recording 24x7. A real hassle, it was my first purchase and a complete disappointment. I'm leaving this here to warn the rest of the buyers in Spain.

I LO LOVED IT IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!! I got the pink version and I liked the blue one more but it doesn't matter!!! 😁 It brought me the CD, the photo album obviously but it didn't bring me any photocard and that has disappointed me 😭😭
