It was too large

I received the shoes "recycled", most likely previously advertised. The packaging was previously cut open and taped up with adhesive tape, inside there were crushed styrofoam shoe trees. The shoes are unnaturally wide (although I have a wide foot), with a flimsy, thin upper. The insulation is only on the edge as described, the rest is thin white felt. The sole is also different from the description and visible in the photo. I should return these shoes (as my predecessor did) and ask for a refund, but I couldn't find the return form on the website.. Considering the quality of the other products (the second pair of shoes was poor but acceptable, the bracelet did not close), I used the services of this company for the first and last time.
