Unfortunately I didn't notice the heel the boot has. I am 62 years old and have serious back problems. My doctor said it was really bad to wear those boots because of the small heel. It has to be a completely flat boot. I already looked and found some flat blue ankle boots.. I would like to know how to do it (address, name, etc.) so that I can return them and order the blue ankle boots with the description: Autumn Winter women's casual leather ankle boots ladies-flat shoes € 26.00 I would appreciate an urgent response to resolve the issue.
