The product is excellent, however I ordered two pieces and only received one. The email is 'no-reply' therefor I cannot contact you directly. Please can you look into this and send the second piece? I will give a higher rating once I have received the full order.
Hi, I've just received the delivery, but my product (borosilicaat maatbeker) is completely shattered. Please see attached pictures of the box and content. I would like a replacement or refund. Regards, Hans Langen
Hello dear seller coat is beautiful but not my size this is xl and it's too small could you please arrange return and refund thank you your
The packaging was damaged. The whistle on the spout won’t stay open and there are scratches on the lid. Please advise on how to get a refund.
。Too small. Just for decoration. One pot of tea with four cups is not enough for one sip
