Directions: Place under the tongue. Allow to dissolve naturally. Take before exposure to allergens or as soon as possible after symptoms appear. For prevention: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily, starting 4 to 6 weeks before the start of allergy season. Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every hour until symptoms subside, then 3 times daily until you feel better. Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1/2 tablet every hour until symptoms subside, then 1/2 tablet twice daily until you feel better.
