I didn't receive the order and when I complained, they told me to ask the neighbors or the building manager, they even sent me to look for it at some delivery agency without specifying which one, they just told me that if it was somewhere there it should have a notification, but they assure me it was already delivered. All to avoid returning my money. When nobody received it because it never arrived, I find it irresponsible.
